Interest Deposit – £10 per person (non-refundable)

This £10 deposit is to register your interest in our 2026 residential retreat and help us finalise the location.

We’re currently deciding between two beautiful UK locations:

• Brecon Beacons (max 30 tickets)

• Peak District (max 60 tickets)

How this works (important – please read)

• This £10 deposit secures your interest and counts towards your final balance

• Deposits are non-refundable

• If we reach higher numbers, we’ll book the Peak District

• If numbers are lower by Sunday 18th January, we’ll proceed with Brecon Beacons, which will have very limited availability

• Once the location is confirmed, full details + final pricing will be shared with deposit holders first

Estimated total cost: £250–£300 per person
(Includes transport, accommodation, food, and activities for the full 2 nights / 3 days)

Please pay the £10 deposit for every person attending, including children aged 2 and over.

Children under 2 do not require a deposit if they are:

• sharing a seat on the coach, and

• sharing a single bed with an adult.

If you would like a child under 2 to have their own coach seat and their own bed, please include them when paying the deposit.
