Gardens of Peace - Visit

We’re organising a visit for our pupils to Gardens of Peace, Hainault on Saturday 25th April 2026.

Gardens of Peace is one of the UK’s largest Muslim cemeteries, built fully in line with Islamic burial practices. What makes it unique is its purpose-built layout for Muslims and its serene and well-maintained, beautiful environment — making it a powerful place for reflection on the Hereafter.

There will be a short, guided workshop during the visit.

• Date: Saturday 25th April

• Departure: 8:00am from Slough Train Station (we will be meeting at the Station and travelling together via public transport - all pupils will be supervised at all times)

• Cost: Free entry (students will need to cover their own train fare and bring spending money for lunch - amount TBC)

• Return: approximately 3pm
